Phonec AS a private competitor to Telenor, who offers public directory assistance services on the short number: 1888 have select IPTELs QCall, Call Center solution.

QCall represent the leading edge call centers and integrates softphone clients with Microsoft Outlook and Vcard.

Phonec AS plans to build several distributed call centers in Norway, based on IPTELs call center solution.

Comuniq ASA a manufacturer of VoIP gateways and IVR systems, and IPTEL have signed an agreement to integrate Comuniqs SMAS VoIP platform with IPTEL QCall call center solution.

This is an very important step forward since Comuniq VoIP gateways have proved to be most flexible gateways on the marked in terms of quality, stability, scalability and application flexibility at an very competitive price, says Finn Byberg, president of IPTEL.

IPTEL Development inc. (USA) introduces IN call routing. In cooperation with Telenor Link, a subsidiary of Telenor ASA, IPTEL Development inc. have developed an IN based call completion module that integrates with QCall call center solution. This is extremely important module which enables call-completetion directly in the public network, with tariff change without using the usual “tromboning”.
